Scope
These guidelines apply to display names, profile photos, club names, general, club, table and private chat messages, and in-game behaviour in Okey Masters 101. They form part of the Terms of Use.
Prohibited content and behaviour
- Harassment and bullying: insults, humiliation, persistent unwanted contact, threats
- Hate speech: attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits
- Sexual content: obscene messages or images, sexual advances
- Child safety: any content that sexualises children, inappropriate contact with minors. Zero tolerance; see our Child Safety Standards
- Violence and self-harm: glorifying violence, encouraging self-harm
- Personal information: sharing your own or someone else's phone number, address, ID details or photos
- Scams and trading: offers to buy or sell chips or accounts, links that lead outside the Game, phishing, impersonating SE Games staff
- Spam and advertising: repeating the same message, advertising
- Illegal activity: illegal betting or gambling, drugs, weapons
- Cheating and unfair play: cheat software, collusion, using multiple accounts for advantage
- Impersonation: names or photos imitating another player, a public figure or a moderator
Automatic filter
Chat messages, display names and club names containing profanity or prohibited words are blocked automatically before they are sent. The filter cannot catch everything; if you see something inappropriate, please report it.
How to report
Press and hold the chat message you want to report.
Choose ŞİKAYET ET (Report) from the menu.
Your report goes to our moderation team's review queue. The reported player is never told who reported them.
To report an inappropriate display name or profile photo, email destek@segames.com.tr with the player's ID.
Blocking and privacy settings
Choose ENGELLE (Block) on a player's profile or in the message menu. Interaction is cut in both directions: the blocked player cannot send you private messages, friend requests or table invites.
You can see blocked players in the ENGELLENENLER (Blocked) list on the Friends screen and unblock them with ENGELİ KALDIR (Unblock).
Under Ayarlar (Settings) › GİZLİLİK (Privacy) you can choose who may send you private messages, friend requests and table invites. Private messages are open to friends only by default.
How moderation works
Reports are reviewed by moderators on our team. A moderator sees the reported message, a few messages before it and the sender's history before deciding. Possible decisions: dismiss the report, delete the message, chat ban or account ban.
Deleted messages disappear from every player's screen. A player whose account is banned is disconnected from the Game.
Sanction ladder

During a chat ban you can keep playing but cannot send messages. For severe breaches such as child abuse, serious threats, fraud or cheating, steps are skipped and an account ban is applied directly.
Appeals
To appeal a decision, email destek@segames.com.tr with your Player ID. A person will review it again and let you know the outcome.
If someone's life or safety is in danger, contact your local emergency number first (112 in Türkiye and the EU).
