Delete in the app
Open Okey Masters 101.
Tap Ayarlar (Settings) on the home screen.
In the HESAP (Account) section, tap HESABIMI SİL (Delete my account) on the account deletion row.
Confirm the question "Hesabın kalıcı olarak silinsin mi?" (Permanently delete your account?). Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot open it, you can send a deletion request by email:
To: destek@segames.com.tr · Subject: "Account deletion request – Player ID: " followed by your Player ID.
- Include your Player ID (Ayarlar (Settings) › HESAP (Account) › Player ID) and your display name.
- Guest accounts are not linked to an email address, so we may ask for more information to confirm the account is yours (e.g. the approximate date you last played, a purchase receipt). If we cannot safely match the account, we cannot delete it, to protect other players' accounts.
- Your request is processed within 30 days and we will confirm the result by email. A verified account is deleted by the same process as an in-app deletion.
What is deleted
- Display name and previous names
- Profile photo
- City and country
- Friendships and friend requests
- Blocks
- Private messages
- Table invites
- Club membership
- The text of every chat message you sent
What is kept in anonymised form
The records below are not deleted; your name and personal links are removed and the account appears as "Silinmiş oyuncu" (Deleted player):
- Match results, so other players' history and leaderboards stay intact
- Wallet and purchase records, for the period required by tax and commercial law
- Ban and report records, to prevent abuse and banned accounts returning
What is kept for a limited time

Please note
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Remaining chips, diamonds, memberships and purchases are not refunded and cannot be moved to another account.
- If you open the Game again on the same device, a new, empty account is created.
- If you have a subscription started through a store, cancel it separately in Google Play or the App Store.
- To delete only some of your data without deleting your account (e.g. your profile photo or chat messages), email kvkk@segames.com.tr with your Player ID.
